Article 1: Duration of stay

The customer signing the contract concluded for a fixed period cannot under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises.

Article 2: Conclusion of the contract

The reservation becomes effective once the customer has guaranteed it by credit card.

Article 3: Deposit for guest room stay

- Non-cancellable standard rate: The total amount of the reservation will be debited after booking.

- Special offer: The customer will have to pay in advance 30% of the total amount after booking.

- Promotion: The total amount of the reservation will be debited after booking.

Article 3 bis: Deposit, balance and stay deposit Seasonal rental (privatization of the property) July / August:


Standard rate: A deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay is required by credit card.

The balance of the stay must be regularized 30 days before arrival. A security deposit of 3000 euros will be requested on arrival by Visa / Mastercard bank card and will be returned on the day of departure. It must be paid upon taking possession of the rented premises and this to cover loss or damage that could be caused to objects, furniture or others. This will be returned on the day of departure. If the security deposit proves insufficient, the lessee undertakes to complete the amount after the exit inventory. This deposit cannot under any circumstances be considered as a contribution to the rent.

Article 4: Cancellation by the guest in a guest room :

- Non-cancellable standard rate: Please note that this offer is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, modification or no-show.

- Special offer / Free cancellation:Please note that this offer is 100% refundable in the event of cancellation 24 hours before arrival and that in the event of no-show 100% of the reservation amount will be retained.

- Promotion: Please note that this offer is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, modification or no-show.


Article 4 bis: Cancellation by the client for seasonal rental (privatization of the property) July / August


- From 30 to 21 days before the arrival date, 50% of the reservation amount will be retained.

- From 20 to 8 days before the arrival date, 75% of the reservation amount will be retained.

- From 07 to 2 days before the arrival date, 100% of the reservation amount will be retained.


Article 5: Arrival

The customer is welcomed on the specified day from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. if the room is available then in the afternoon from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. In the event of late arrival, the customer must notify the owner.


Article 6: Regulations

The balance of the stay in the guest room will be settled on arrival by cash or Visa/Mastercard bank card.


Article 7: Tourist tax

The tourist tax is a local tax that the client must pay to Villa Azur Golf, which then pays it to the Public Treasury.


Article 8: Use of the premises

The customer must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. He undertakes to return the accommodation in good condition.


Article 9: Pets

The contract specifies that the client cannot stay in the company of a domestic animal. In the event of non-compliance with this clause by the client, the owner may refuse the animals. This refusal cannot in any way be considered as a modification or termination of the contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in the event of the client's departure, the price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation remains with the owner.


Article 10: Capacity

The contract is established for a specific number of people. If the number of customers exceeds this number, the owner is able to refuse additional customers. This refusal can in no case be considered as a modification or termination of the contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in the event of the departure of a number of customers greater than those refused, the price corresponding to the cost of the The accommodation remains with the owner.


Article 11 Bed and breakfast and seasonal rental insurance:

The customer is responsible for all damages arising from his fault. He must therefore check if his main residence contract provides for the resort extension (vacation rental). The tenant certifies that he is covered by civil liability insurance covering his own liability and that of the people accompanying him.
