Seasonal rental from July 5 to August 30, 2025 (10 people / maximum)

To make a reservation, a minimum of 7 nights will be required.
Characteristic: Living area 280 m2 / Land 3000 m2

- Equipped kitchen

- Living room and satellite TV channel.
- Terrace with furniture (table, chair, deckchairs and barbecue)
- 5 bedrooms with shower room, WC, flat screen TV and air conditioning.
- Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
- Secure 10 x 5 swimming pool + 6-seater Jacuzzi
- Parking on the property (6 cars)

- Sleeping with 5 beds of 160 (some can be separated into 2 x 80)

- Fiber Wifi throughout the property.

Terms and conditions:

Reservation: from Saturday to Saturday
Length of stay: 7 days minimum

Regulations:

A deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay will be requested by Visa / Mastercard bank card or bank transfer on the day of booking.
A security deposit of 3000 euros will be requested upon arrival by Visa / Mastercard, it will be returned to you on the day of departure.
The balance of the stay will be requested or collected 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation conditions:

From 30 to 21 days before entering the premises, results in the retention of 50% of the deposit as termination compensation.

From 20 to 8 days before entering the premises, results in the retention of 75% of the deposit as termination compensation.

From 7 to 2 days before entering the premises, results in the retention of 100% of the deposit as termination compensation.

Any cancellation must be made by email or registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
